2 x 60% of Jerk
2 x 65% of Jerk

Hang Power Snatch
(starting below the knee)
3 x 4 @ 50% of snatch

Muscle Snatch
3 x 4 @ 35% of snatch
NOTE: Remember the muscle snatch is a "power snatch" without the dip to catch


WOD
